You and I can work together to find out what you enjoy and what exercise suits you and will give you he most reward.

We will also build a diet plan and training schedule that we are both comfortable with and will accompany you every step of the way with regular meetings and training sessions and regular contact via texts, phones calls, facebook and twitter.

We can achieve as much or as little together as suits your lifestyle and needs. I have very intensive 12 week plans for weight loss and toning and also long-term lifestyle plans that will build confidence and motivation.

​WHAT I HAVE ACHIEVED
I attained my professional qualifications as a level 2 fitness instructor at Barry College followed by level 3 fitness instruction through Babcock training.

Three years of studying and hard work led to me gaining a BSc Honours in Sports Science from the University of Glamorgan.

I am a specialist in many areas and have gained additional qualifications in;

- Spinning
- Ante and Post Natal Exercise and Recovery
- Aquafit
- First Aid
- Sports Injury Recovery
- Class Instruction
Although I run many of my classes and training sessions at the Miskin Manor Health Club, I also instruct and deliver training outdoors or at a venue of your choice, including your home.
WHAT I'M ALL ABOUT
My simple philosophy is to help other people find the fun and enjoyment I get out of exercise and the rewards of fitness and healthy lifestyle. At the age of 6 I represented Wales at tennis and caught a bug that has pushed me through rainy runs in January, recovery from sports injuries and sticking to a strict diet and exercise routine even when faced with the temptations of sweet food and wine.

I am also a real person. I was born and brought up just outside Cardiff and studied sports science at Glamorgan University. I enjoy italian food, french wine, belgium beer and swiss chocolate, although I always balance it off with long runs, and weights sessions.

It is always inspiring to see the changes in my clients who apply dedication and hard work and who change their lives through exercise and fitness, and discovering fun and happiness along the way.
