This is my entry level program aimed at clients to kick start their fat loss and reduce a clothing size in just 4 weeks!

This program is based on 3 personal training sessions per week during the 4 weeks. 

This is a favourite among those who have not been training for a while or de-conditioned. Â£250.00



 6 WEEK FAT MELTDOWN

​Another of my rapid fat loss programmes, this is aimed at those who re in a bit more of a hurry to get their results and who have the condition/ desire to be pushed a little bit more to get bigger results.

It IS a tough one. Only sign up if you re literally ready to work you butt off!

Based on an attendance of 3 personal training sessions per week. If you want your results NOW, then this may be the right one for you. £375



12 WEEK LOOK GREAT, FEEL GREAT CHALLENGE

This is without a doubt my most comprehensive weight loss program. This is a complete body transformation that will have you looking, feeling and performing better than you have been for years. Maybe forever!
